Here are some tips for making exercise and healthy eating a part of your life:
● Eat a treat because you love it - not because it’s in front of you. If you’re going to indulge, make sure it’s something you truly love, not just a quick sugar fix.
● Give yourself guidelines. Make a rule, like you, won’t drink alcohol during the week, and soon you’ll find these rules become habits.
● Ask for help. Let the people around you know about your goals, ask for their help, and surround yourself with people who support your focus on health.
