Thank you for your membership purchase.  At the time of Sign Up, the details for each term are listed. Below is the comprehensive list of all options for your reference.



TERM DETAILS

Day Pass

Day Pass is active for the date of purchase and ONLY after the payment has been able to process, which can take up to a few hours. It is for the calendar day.  Not for 24 hours.

1-Week Membership

This is a 7-calendar day membership for one person. Day of purchase counts as Day 1.

Contract - Monthly Payments

Contract for 1 person: Monthly automatic withdraw program available with a commitment of 12 monthly payments to begin followed by auto continuation. There is a NO EARLY CANCELLATION policy with this option, commitment is for twelve (12) months and a total of 12 payments AND it continues month-to-month after contract until you notify us to cancel 14 days before renewal. Bills are scheduled into the system at the time of purchase and listed in the email received at sign up. Should your contract not be completed, your account will move to the one-time upfront payments options only.

Pay Upfront for Term - Single Person

Unlimited Membership for the Term for 1 person - Not Automatically Renewed. Contact us at info@aurorafitnesscenter.com to have this membership set to automatically stay continuous to have the enrollment fee waived at renewal. Once the term expires, the enrollment fee does come back into effect for the shorter options.

• Terms 1 and 3 months, Enrollment fee + Membership Fee = Total Amount Due
• Terms 4, 6, and 12 months, enrollment fee is waived and membership fee total is due at sign up

Pay Upfront for Term - Family Membership

Members must live at the same address. $25 set up fee included in price for 1 and 3 months options. 4 months and longer does not have an enrollment fee included.. Please select in the dropbox menu number of correct members (minimum 2). Does NOT Automatically Renew. Contact us at info@aurorafitnesscenter.com to have this membership set to automatically stay continuous to have the enrollment fee waived at renewal. Once the term expires, the enrollment fee does come back into effect for the shorter options.

3 Months with Auto-Renew

3-month membership with automatic renewal of 3-months every 3 months for $99+tax until you cancel. Cancel anytime before the expiration date for membership to not renew. Must email info@aurorafitnesscenter.com to cancel. This membership is per individual only.

GYM GUIDELINES

Membership Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, choose the appropriate term as memberships are for a period of time and not based on usage. ALL MEMBERSHIPS are NON-TRANSFERRABLE to another individual.

Aurora Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The facility has the benefit of being open 24X7, but we may revisit the operating hours to increase supervision if this continues to be abused. Please help us keep it the way that we all would prefer by following the rules. Please turn off all equipment, lights, TV’s, etc. when you are the last one to leave the fitness center. Thank you for you help!

Minimum age requirement of 14 and MUST have adult supervision. 16 and older does not have supervision requirements.

All individuals within the ages of 14-18 require their own paid membership AND parental supervisor must also be an active members. Parents must sign waiver for those under 18 years.

Facility Care

We take pride in having a clean gym and really appreciate your help! To ensure the Fitness Center is clean for all members, please have clean shoes as you enter the gym and tidy up as you leave.  There are spray bottles and small towels located in various places to wipe down your equipment after use throughout your workout. Dirty towel bins and trash cans are located through the facility.

Payments

All payments are completed as per the term purchased at sign up. We reserve the right to limit membership choices to Paid Upfront options for individuals with failed payment history.

Use of the fitness center is a privilege

If you are found misusing or neglecting the fitness center or equipment, future use will be denied and you may be prosecuted. The gym is under video surveillance. Report any misuse or neglect of the fitness center or equipment by immediately calling (913) 850-3994.  It is your responsibility to ensure the payment method is kept up to date for all bills to process under the contract. Should your contract not be completed, your account will move to the one-time upfront payments options only.
